Design and develop training programs (outsourced and/or in-house) Implement and drive revenue and sales campaigns for targets set by the company's management.
Create and implement an operations plan to manage the daily business of the company. The operations plan includes consideration of School revenue opportunities, labor ratios management, expense control and the quality of service experience.
Select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes).
Market available trainings and provide necessary information about sessions.
Conduct a global wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps opportunities.
Use known education principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques.
Supervise the Design and preparation of educational aids and materials.
Assess facilitators effectiveness and determine the impact of training and KPIs.
Gather feedback from facilitators, trainers and trainees after each educational session.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders and liaise with experts regarding instructional design and accreditations.
Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
Host train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts.
Review the Centre's goals and performance objectives with each instructor and provide feedback.
Work with Product officers and Supervisors to ensure accountability for the quality of products and services for our customers
